It's been a few weeks since Michael Phelps swam away with eight gold medals -- but Phelps fever is still raging! The NY Post reports the swimming sensation sent diners into a frenzy in New York on Wednesday night at Blue Ribbon Sushi.
"It was funny to see jaded New Yorkers, who always see celebs around town, act like excited schoolkids," a witness tells the Post.
Though fans reportedly sent over bottles of champagne and sake, the 23-year-old politely declined.
