Britney Charged with Hit-and-Run, Driving Without Valid License
Britney Spears has been charged with hit-and-run and driving without a valid license after crashing into a parked car in August.
Britney hit the car as she tried to enter a parking lot. The entire incident was caught on tape by a pack of paparazzi. Britney inspected the damage to her own car, then left the scene.
Apparently, an L.A. City Attorney spokesman has said Britney was never even issued a California license.
Her arraignment has been set for Oct. 10. If convicted of both misdemeanor charges, she faces up to a year in jail.
