Britney Spears Goes Bald

As “Extra” first reported, Britney Spears entered a rehab facility earlier this week. She then abruptly checked out.
Now the pop princess is back in Los Angeles, and she has shaved her head completely bald.
Upon Brit's return, she stopped at a Tarzana salon and asked them for the new do, TMZ.com reports. When the hairdresser refused, a source says Spears, “grabbed the hair clipper and started doing it herself,” reports Us Weekly.
Brit's new look was captured at a Sherman Oaks, Calif., tattoo parlor by a Los Angeles television station.
Spears got two new tattoos: a black, white and pink cross on her hip and red and pink lips on her wrist.
