Priyanka Chopra Says Meghan Markle Is ‘Tailor-Made’ for Her Royal Role

Chopra opened up about her fiancé Nick Jonas and her close friend the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle.
Priyanka and Nick are traveling a lot to her native India, with her playing tour guide the first time they went. She shared, “By trip three, he was fine. When I was doing my meetings, he was meeting friends, he was going out. He's fine now. Now, it's his other home.”
Nick knows his way around the country well. Priyanka said, “I'm not someone who likes to go out too much. I'm someone who'll, like, call friends in and stay in and he loves experiences... He does know where to go and what's happening.”
Her good friend Meghan is currently traveling in Australia with Prince Harry after announcing her pregnancy. Chopra commented, “I just think she just fits right in to the role that she has taken upon herself from the time she got married... How incredible they both are is just a testament of exactly how she's tailor-made for this... I'm just super proud and happy for her.”
Chopra is a global brand ambassador for JBL and Harman Kardon® audio brands. Of the partnership, she dished, “When Harman Kardon spoke to me about this, to do this with JBL and them, it was just so organic and natural. I was like, 'Of course! This just makes sense.' I'm very excited.”
