Deadspin.com reports that the Attleboro, Mass. District Court unsealed documents on Thursday, including a series of images from Hernandez's home surveillance system. They show Hernandez on the night of the murder, holding what prosecutors believe to be the gun that killed Lloyd.
The murder weapon has not been recovered, but it has been determined that Lloyd was shot five times with a .45 caliber gun.
Police did find a magazine for a .45 caliber Glock pistol that is registered to Hernandez, and they believe that Glock is seen in these images.
Hernandez is due back in court for a probable cause hearing on August 22.
New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was arrested in June and charged with first-degree murder in the death of semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd.
