Sylvester Stallone is returning to the big screen with a fourth installment of "Rambo," but he told "Extra" that filming in war-torn Burma was almost as intense as the plot.
"My wife said, 'I have to come over and visit.' I begged her, said, 'Please, this is not, you know, some resort area,'" he said.
Stallone said that the real-life Burmese conflict took its toll on production - and even made him fear for his safety.
"There were so many death threats it started to become like your wakeup call was a death threat!" he said.
