Sin City Welcomes Biggest Party on the Strip
With “Extra's” logo blazing high atop the Strip, only Carlos Diaz and Tanika Ray had Bruce Willis, Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore, Sly Stallone and Pamela Anderson coming straight to our elevated platform on the red carpet.
“I'm very excited about all the people that came out!” Bruce told “Extra” as the crowd went wild. Later in the night, Bruce performed with the Bruce Willis Blues Band but joked about his musical talents.
“You know, yell, shout and try to stay on key!” he said.
Pam and husband Rick Salomon gave us their very first interview since tying the knot, with Pam joking, “We're still together!” The two also revealed that what happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas.
When asked about a mysterious cut on Rick's nose, Pam blurted out, “Actually I sliced it...it was sexual.”
The night was a special event for Planet Hollywood's co-founder Robert Earl. As he looked around at his glittering enterprise, he joked, “Everyone here get inside and start gambling please – we haven't paid the contractors!”
Oscar-winner Kevin Spacey was in awe of the new resort, telling “Extra,” “What a remarkable job they've done on the new PH, as I like to call it. You're in the 'in' crowd!”
Demi and Ashton said, “It's great to see it come back with this kind of strength and power.”
Inside are custom movie-themed suites dedicated to the likes of Charlie Sheen and Sly Stallone's Rocky Balboa.
“Well it's very nice, but unfortunately you go in there and someone punches you!” Sly joked. “It's a little rough.”
Charlie told “Extra,” “I'm visiting old outfits and wardrobe from films I had forgotten that I had done. But it's a lovely suite. It's an amazing hotel.”
Inside, Barbra Streisand made a rare concert appearance, though no cameras were allowed to film her performance. However, “Extra” can reveal she sang some of her greatest hits.
