Beyoncé Says Her Super Bowl Outfit Was a Tribute to Michael Jackson
Right after rocking out at Super Bowl 50 last night, Beyoncé talked about the performance while backstage with “Extra's” AJ Calloway.
Beyoncé shared, “It was super exciting.”
The two-time Super Bowl performer also confirmed that her sexy outfit was an homage to Michael Jackson's Super Bowl 27 performance. “It was... it's the 50th anniversary, so I gave love to my favorite performer.”
Bey also showed some love to her Super Bowl 50 co-stars. “I'm very proud of Chris [Martin] and Coldplay and Bruno [Mars] was awesome.”
Before Beyoncé's big performance, AJ caught up with her husband Jay Z, who exclaimed, “It's halftime man!” AJ asked, “And who's performing?” Jay responded with a knowing look and laughed.
