Ultimate Jam Night to Throw Fundraiser for Orlando’s LGBT Community
Ultimate Jam Night is throwing a fundraiser at Whisky A Go Go on Tuesday at 8 p.m., to help raise money for Orlando's LGBT community in the wake of the mass shooting.
The weekly event will be transformed into a live and broadcast event. There will not be a cover charge.
Kraig Matthews (aka DJ Flawless), one of Pulse nightclub's resident DJ's caught in the crossfire, and Eric “Tree” Roundtree, a security guard who lost 17 friends in the tragedy, will be in attendance.
Bands like Tantric, The Chimpz and Route 66 are slated to perform, and many others.
The event is believed to be the first “real-time” worldwide digital fundraiser. Those who cannot attend can watch the show live via Zinna Television, and donate money via Bravo Tip or Pay to support The Zebra Coalition, a Central Florida LGBT organization.
