Ricki Lake and Christian Evans Elope
Talk show host Ricki Lake and jewelry designer Christian Evans tied the knot on Sunday in a secret ceremony in southern California, reports People.
"It was a beautiful moment I will never forget," the 43-year-old TV personality said of her big day. "I wasn't anxious or nervous. I was really relaxed and excited."
After Lake's 2003 divorce from first husband Rob Sussman (with whom she has two kids), she wasn't sure she'd ever marry again. She met Christian early in 2010.
"I didn't think it would happen at this point in my life," says Lake. Meeting Evans changed everything. "We just clicked," she adds.
Ricki's new talk show, "The Ricki Lake Show," premieres September 2012.
Lake tweeted this picture, saying, " Yup. This is me.... Sadie Sadie married lady. :) :) Love is in the air. Xo"
