Taylor Swift Shoots Down Castle Rumors with Simple Tweet
On Tuesday, Taylor Swift took to Twitter to deny reports that she is buying a Scottish castle near Calvin Harris' family.
Swift started off her tweet with lyrics from one of "1989" songs, "Cause baby I could build a castle out of all the bricks they threw at me" -a line from 'New Romantics,'" and added, "But I'm not actually buying a castle."
On the same night, Taylor and boyfriend Calvin Harris were spotted holding hands while enjoying a romantic date at celeb hotspot Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica.

During the date, paparazzi asked the “Bad Blood” singer about possible wedding plans, but she decided to stay mum on the topic. Taylor and Calvin have been the subject of engagement rumors for months.
