Julianna Margulies Is 'So Sad' for Weiner's 'Good Wife'
She plays the wife of a disgraced politician on TV, but Julianna Margulies is not passing judgment on Anthony Weiner’s real life “Good Wife,” Huma Abedin.
The Emmy winner told “Extra,” “I am so sad for her, but for us it's the gift that keeps on giving. Every day is another ‘Good Wife’ scenario in the paper.”
With Weiner’s sexting scandal blowing up (again) and Huma standing by her husband’s side, it looks like “The Good Wife” will have plenty of ripped-from-the-headlines material for a fifth season.
