Reality star Khloé Kardashian and her NBA ex Lamar Odom's divorce has stalled, and a new report explains why.
According to TMZ, Khloé filed for divorce in December 2013, but Lamar never responded.
If Kardashian wanted to proceed with the split, she needed to file for a default divorce judgment, but she never did. It's been so long that the court is ready to throw the whole case out, which could happen by the end of April.
If Khloé doesn't act, the exes will remain married.
