The former couple, who split a little over a year ago, were spotted soaking up some sun in Puerto Vallarta with their children, Apple, 10, and Moses, 8.
Paltrow wowed in a black-scalloped two-piece, and later in a green bandeau bikini as she lounged in a beach chair and enjoyed a book.
