Did Donald Trump Help or Hurt His Chances at the White House?
NBC and Univision cut ties with Donald Trump after his controversial statements about immigration, and he fired back, essentially doubling down on what many are calling racist and derogatory statements.
Now, The Donald continues to court controversy by tweeting messages like, “We MUST have strong borders and stop illegal immigration. Without that we do not have a country. Also, Mexico is killing U.S. on trade. WIN!” and “I love the Mexican people, but Mexico is not our friend. They're killing us at the border and they're killing us on jobs and trade. FIGHT!”
He is also suing Univision for $500 million for refusing to air his Miss USA pageant, claiming he has an ironclad agreement with the network.
