Prince William & Kate Middleton Introduce Royal Baby #3! See the Pics
Royal baby #3 just made his debut. Check out the pics!
Prince William and Kate Middleton showed off the newborn outside St. Mary's Hospital in London today.
Kate wore a red shift dress with a Peter Pan collar, which may have paid homage to Princess Diana, who wore a similar dress when she presented Prince Harry for the first time. Some believe, however, that the red-and-white dress was in honor of St. George's Day, since the royal baby arrived on a national British holiday honoring the country's patron saint.
Before meeting the press, the tiny heir received some very special visitors: siblings Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 2, were spotted outside the hospital.
The palace shared the birth announcement this morning, tweeting, "Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a son at [11:01 a.m.]. The baby weighs 8 lbs. 7oz. The Duke of Cambridge was present for the birth... Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well."
No word yet on his name, but it could be Arthur!
The family has a lot to celebrate these days: Queen Elizabeth just turned 92, and William's brother Prince Harry will wed Meghan Markle on May 19. Meanwhile, rumor has it Kate's sister Pippa Middleton is expecting her first child with husband James Matthews.
