Former NFL Player & Wife Murdered

Former Miami Dolphins linebacker Antonio Armstrong and his wife, Dawn, were shot to death in their Houston home early Friday morning, NBC News reports.
The wounded couple was found around 2 a.m. by police. Dawn died at the scene, while Antonio was pronounced dead at the hospital.
A 16-year-old boy whose identity is being withheld due to his age, is being held in connection with the murder. Local news has reported the boy may have been their own son.
In addition to his brief NFL career, Antonio was an accomplished player for Texas A&M in the '90s.
