Malcolm-Jamal Warner’s TV dad Bill Cosby from “The Cosby Show” is reacting to the actor’s untimely death.
Cosby’s rep Andrew Wyatt told TMZ that finding out Malcolm had died in an accidental drowning in Costa Rica reminded Bill of the day his son Ennis Cosby died.
The controversial comedian was filming “Cosby,” his follow-up to "The Cosby Show," in 1997 when he found out Ennis was killed in a failed robbery.

The rep added that Malcolm’s death had Bill reminiscing about the last time he spoke with Malcolm, who had a concert coming up and felt he was going to change the world.
He also recalled a time when Warner came to his property in Massachusetts and had his relatives in stitches.
Wyatt said Bill feels Malcolm did leave his mark on the world, and that many young men in the projects had wanted to be like Warner’s character on “The Cosby Show.”
