'19 Kids' and Scandal: Hear New 911 Call from Duggars’ Arkansas Compound
The Duggar family is reportedly under investigation by the Arkansas Department of Human Services, and police were called when the family allegedly refused to cooperate, according to In Touch magazine.
In Touch uncovered audio of the 911 call from the Washington County DHS on the morning of May 27 to the Springdale Police Department asking for assistance when DHS was not allowed to see the minor they were concerned about.
"Well, we're Washington County DHS office and we're out here to, uh, we have an investigation," the voice on the recording told a 911 dispatcher. "I guess they're not being cooperative, and we have to see the child to make sure the child is all right. So we just need police assistance or escort."
The 911 call was then transferred to Washington County authorities, and no further details are known.
The Duggar family was first investigated by police in 2006 for Josh's acts of molestation committed in 2002 and 2003. They were also investigated by DHS in 2007.
