Tyrese Gibson Follows Up Shocking Facebook Meltdown with Instagram Message: 'I'm Innocent!'

UPDATE: Child services has dropped its investigation, and will not seek criminal charges against Tyrese, reports TheBlast.com.
“Fast and Furious” franchise star Tyrese Gibson has posted a series of emotional videos on social media involving his custody battle with ex-wife Norma Mitchell Gibson over their 10-year-old daughter Shayla.
In court documents obtained by People, Norma accused Tyrese of physically abusing Shayla on August 19. In a video posted on Wednesday, Tyrese denies any wrongdoing, and sobs that he hasn't seen his daughter in two months.
In the tearful video, Tyrese wears a “Shayla Rocks” sweatshirt and says, “Don't take my baby. This is all I got. Don't take my baby, okay? I've been away from my baby for two months. I just want my baby and no one's listening cause no one's in the courtroom.”

He goes on to say, “I'm at $13,000 a month, what more do you want from me? I don't hate you Norma. I don't know why you hate me, but I don't hate you. But you just can't wake up on September 11 and accuse me of something I didn't do!”
Tyrese also calls out his unnamed friends for not being there for him. “I've been there for you, why isn't anybody there for me?"
Gibson followed up the post with an Instagram video while on his way back to court, and addressed all the concerned people who called him after seeing the Facbook video.

He included in the caption, “I'm innocent ! repeat I'm innocent ! did nothing to my baby...”
