What Birth Certificate Reveals About Khloé Kardashian’s Daughter True

Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson welcomed daughter True Thompson last week, but didn't reveal her middle name.
That's because she doesn't have one!
TMZ has obtained a copy of the baby's birth certificate, which confirms that like many of her cousins, she does not have a middle name. The document simply says “True Thompson.”
The little one, born April 12, is named after relatives.
Grandmother Kris Jenner explained the inspiration behind the baby's name, writing on Instagram, "FUN FACT... my Grandfather's name on my Dad's side was True Otis Houghton....my real Dad's name was Robert True Houghton...so i am so excited Khloe named her daughter True!!! #lovebug #familytradition #family @true."
