New Details About Avril Lavigne’s Mystery Illness
Singer Avril Lavigne recently explained why she's been out of the public eye for the last few weeks.
Answering her fans on Twitter, the 30-year-old said she's dealing with some “health issues.”
Lavigne interacted with a fan site @AvrilMusicChart and wrote in a direct message, "I feel bad because I haven't been able to say anything to the fans to let them (know) why I have been absent. I'm torn as I'm quite private. I'm not feeling well. I'm having some health issues. So please keep me in your prayers."
No comment yet on exactly what's ailing Lavigne.
Fans reacted in support tweeting the hashtags #PrayforAvril and #GetWellSoonAvril.
Lavigne married fellow rocker and Nickelback lead singer Chad Kroeger in 2013.
