Jenna Jameson Spills Weight-Loss Advice After Losing 80 Lbs.
She's been showing off her amazing body transformation on Instagram, and now Jenna Jameson is sharing some weight-loss advice.

The former adult film star has lost a whopping 80 lbs. since the birth of her daughter Batel in April 2017.
Jenna credits the Keto Diet and intermittent fasting for helping her shed the pounds, but recently offered some more tips for those trying to lose weight.

Jameson wrote on Instagram, “Walk to wherever you go… I walk absolutely everywhere with Batel.”
She added, “Don't shop in bulk, I literally walk to the market every other day and purchase a few items I need.”

Let yourself go hungry in between meals," the 44-year-old went on. “I used to eat before I actually felt hunger pangs… now I listen to my body not just social food cues.”
Jenna insisted, “DOCUMENT your progress! Seeing a weight loss progression is my BIGGEST motivator.”
