Harrison Ford & Steven Spielberg to Reunite for Fifth 'Indiana Jones' Movie
It has just been announced that Harrison Ford will reprise his role as Indiana Jones in an untitled fifth installment of the beloved franchise!
Ford will be directed by Steven Spielberg, who was behind the cameras for the previous films.
Disney Chairman Alan Horn said in a statement, “Indiana Jones is one of the greatest heroes in cinematic history, and we can't wait to bring him back to the screen in 2019. It's rare to have such a perfect combination of director, producers, actor and role, and we couldn't be more excited to embark on this adventure with Harrison and Steven.”
The movie will hit theaters in the summer of 2019.
Ford recently reprised his other famous role as Han Solo in "Force Awakens," which helped make it one of the highest-grossing films of all time.
