Cynthia Nixon on Trans Son: 'I Salute Him'

"Sex and the City" star Cynthia Nixon, who is currently running for governor of New York, has revealed that her eldest child is trans.
In an Instagram post recognizing Trans Day of Action Friday, Nixon praised "Seph" (Samuel Joseph Mozes) for graduating from the prestigious University of Chicago, writing, "I'm so proud of my son... I salute him and everyone else marking today's #TransDayofAction."
Seph, 21, is Nixon's son with ex-husband Danny Mozes. She is also the mother of 7-year-old Max Ellington Nixon-Marinoni with her wife Christine Marinoni, to whom she's been married since 2012.
