Liam Neeson’s Well Wishes for Friend Harrison Ford
Actor Liam Neeson hit the red carpet at the NYC premiere of his new action movie, “Run All Night,” where he talked with “Extra” about his good friend Harrison Ford, who is recovering after crash-landing his plane last week.
Neeson said, “He's an amazing pilot… I've flown with him a couple of times and he's the real deal, so I'm really pleased he is not seriously hurt.”
The actor also called Ford a hero for being able to navigate the plane and land it without injuring others. “He's a hero, a great guy.”
Liam said he has not reached out to Ford just yet, but joked, “I did want to present him with a badge that says 'Ban Solo.'”
The two starred together in the 2002 submarine actioner "K-19: The Widowmaker."
“Run All Night” opens in theaters this Friday.
