On Tuesday, Dan's wife Aja Wolkman gave birth to a baby boy, who they named Valentine.
Along with posting a pic of their bundle of joy, Dan wrote on Instagram, “The name Valentine means 'strong'. As today marks the 2nd anniversary of our most tragic day in Vegas, it now also represents the day that we celebrate the birth of new life. We are truly feeling #vegasstrong today.”
Reynolds used his post to remember the victims of the Las Vegas shooting in 2017, which killed 58 people and wounded 422.

In April, Reynolds announced that they were expecting their fourth child, expressing his desire for a baby boy. He said, “I didn't want to tell her that I wanted to have a boy, because when they tell you, I don't want to be the guy who's like, 'Oh, damn it. We're having [a girl],' because I love my girls. I really love my girls. But, secretly, I was hoping for a boy, to be honest with you… I was secretly hoping. So, when they announced it on the phone, when the doctor told us, she was surprised because I was like, 'Yes! Yes!' and she was like, 'You told me you didn't care either way. I was like 'Well…'”
Are they planning to have any more kids after welcoming Valentine? In a recent interview with FOX 45 in New York, Dan said, “I think we're done. It's the Mormon way, I know, to have, like, a million kids, but it's, like, four already feels like a million kids, to be honest with you.”
They are already the parents of Arrow, 7, and twins Gia and Coco, 2.
Dan and Aja wed in 2011, but announced they were splitting in April 2018. They sparked reconciliation rumors in November 2018, and Aja confirmed in January that they were officially back together.
She wrote on Instagram, “I know that it's been a crazy road. It's killed us both in so many moments. Last year we killed each other and now we are rebuilding. You can become your worst self in the eye of a giant storm. You almost have to. It's a rite of passage. It's the only road to a better existence. A more mature sense of self. An honest unabashed willingness to die a million deaths just to be sincere. That's what we have done. And now. Honesty. That's all we need.”
Volkman ended the pos with: “Continue to rip the bandaid off baby. I'll do it with you. I'll walk right through it and love every minute.”
Aja hinted they may have reconciled on New Year's Day when she shared a blurry kissing pic with the caption, “2019 is at least getting off to a good start.”
