Former “Teen Mom” star Farrah Abraham, 22, is looking perky these days… thanks to a new boob job. The surgery, which upped her cup size from a C to a D, is her second breast augmentation.

The reality starlet turned porn princess told In Touch Weekly that her saline implants “felt like water balloons,” so she traded them in for silicone. “I look more natural. I want to look my best. And I'm looking amazing.” Patients must be at least 22 to get silicone implants.

So far, Abraham has spent about $30,000 on plastic surgery, including a nose job, chin implant and two boob jobs, and she isn't opposed to more beauty alterations down the road.

“There's definitely some pain, but that's expected,” she said, adding that she couldn't pick up her child for a month. “What if I have a freak accident and I need something fixed, or if age gets to me, or I have more children and want a 'mommy makeover'?”

Farrah insists that a “mommy makeover" would not include “boob implants that were porn-star status.”

“I'm very realistic about keeping myself looking natural,” she told the mag, without irony.
