Dennis Rodman Endorses Donald Trump for President, Twitter War Ensues
Maybe he thought Donald Trump was running for president of North Korea?
Controversial retired basetball great Dennis Rodman has officially endorsed Donald Trump for POTUS. In a Twitter post, Rodman says:
@realDonaldTrump has been a great friend for many years. We don't need another politician, we need a businessman like Mr. Trump! Trump 2016
@dennisrodman
Trump apparently accepted the endorsement, in spite of Rodman's past association with the despotic ruler of North Korea. Once Rodman then claimed that Trump had expressed interest in going to North Korea with him, Trump disparaged Rodman as "drunk or on drugs (delusional)" and said he was glad he fired him on "The Celebrity Apprentice.
Such is the fast-moving state of presidential politics in America.
Eariier, Rodman went to bat for Hulk Hogan. In spite of Hogan's blatant and admitted, repeated use of the N-word and disparaging comments about African-Americans, Rodman urged his followers to believe that Hogan is nonetheless the furthest thing from a racist:
Lets lend our support to the Hulkster @HulkHogan who most certainly is not a racist @Scottiepippen @MagicJohnson @Shaq @MikeTyson
