Tim Daly Severely Injured in Skiing Accident

"Madam Secretary” actor Tim Daly is facing a painful injury from a skiing accident at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival.
Daly broke bones in both of his legs while skiing, and will undergo surgery today. He tweeted, "Broke my right ankle and left knee skiing. Simultaneously! How's that for talent? I'm all good."
After the operation, Tim is expected to recover in six to eight weeks while the show is shooting its third season. According to Variety, Tim will appear in all of the episodes, despite his injury. The showrunners will mull over how to deal with his injury in the show.
Tim stars on “Madam Secretary” with his real-life girlfriend Téa Leoni, who also plays his love interest on the CBS series.
