Prison Drama! Is Teresa Giudice Ending Her Marriage to Joe?

While Joe Giudice serves his prison sentence, is he facing marriage troubles with Teresa?

In October, Joe and Teresa will celebrate their 18th anniversary, but a source told Us Weekly, “The marriage may be over.”

During his absence, Teresa is reportedly “loving her independence” and “becoming quite free while Joe is away at prison.”

Teresa has also helped her daughters Gia, 16, Gabriella, 12, Milania, 11, and Audriana, 7, continue on with life while their father is behind bars. "Teresa keeps them busy so they're distracted,” the insider went on. "They have adjusted to life without Dad in the house.”

Teresa's lawyer is shutting down the rumors, telling Gossip Cop, “The story is 1,000 percent untrue. Teresa and Joe are not getting divorced. This same story has been written dozens of times over the last eight years and they haven't been right yet. This is no different.”

Last year, Teresa opened up on life without Joe, telling “Extra's” AJ Calloway of her kids, "They make me happy but I can't wait for [Joe] to come home. It's hard. We are just doing the best that we can, getting through it day by day… our family feels incomplete.”
