Tamera Mowry-Housley Shows Off Her Bikini Bod!
Actress Tamera Mowry-Housley is proud to show off her hot bikini bod for In Touch Weekly!
Tamera gave birth to son Aden in November 2012. She told the mag, “It's the first time I've been in a bikini since my honeymoon… I feel great!” Tamera is married to FOX News correspondent Adam Housley.
The co-host of the upcoming talker "The Real" joked about those celeb moms who look slim just weeks after giving birth, “I want to punch them in the face!”
Instead, she shed the baby weight on her own healthy schedule. “I wanted to spend time bonding with my baby, not killing myself at the gym.”
The first-time mom added that when she stopped nursing Aden at 7 months, she decided to “kick it into gear.” She cut 500 calories from her 1,700-calories-a-day breastfeeding diet and started working out five days a week.
