Katy Perry Dishes on Her ‘Wild’ Babymoon with Orlando Bloom
Singer Katy Perry and fiancé Orlando Bloom, who are expecting their first child together this summer, managed to squeeze in a babymoon despite the coronavirus pandemic.

The star told WNEW 102.7's “Karen Carson in the Morning” that they went on a camping trip, inspired by some backyard camping at home.
While chatting about life in quarantine, Katy talked about the fun they were having with her niece and Orlando's son Flynn, from his marriage to Miranda Kerr.
“We camped in the backyard… We have tents and we set it up and we did a little fire in our fire pit and did s'mores,” she said, adding, “We got into family Uno and Legos, like nothing else. Everywhere we have a Lego display wall… My 6-year old niece and Flynn, Orlando's son who is 9, they play savage Uno!”

The “American Idol” judge called it a “wild,” saying, “When you camp in your backyard, you can just like, go to your house, go to your bathroom. When you're camping in the wild, it's wild. It was fun. It was a lot. I was like, 'It'll be so fun. It'll be, like, my babymoon is to go camping.' And then, 'Oh, you do everything yourself.' Cool.”
Perry joked of camping while pregnant, “I was literally like, 'What am I thinking?'”

On Friday, Katy will be performing from her studio as part of a special live concert on new music platform BeApp, which is partnering with The Coca-Cola Foundation to raise money for the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in support of COVID-19 relief efforts.
