Takes 2 to Tango: Maksim Chmerkovskiy Pops the Question to Peta Murgatroyd
"Dancing with the Stars" veterans Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd are officially engaged, following a high-profile proposal delivered live on stage!
People magazine reports that Maksim surprised Peta by going down on one knee during a performance of "Sway: A Dance Trilogy" at the Olympia in Miami. The show's other performers and a captive audience burst into cheers as Maksim told Peta, "I'm in love with you, and I will be in love with you for the rest of my life."

The two have been an on-again, off-again item since 2012, but a source tells People, "Peta is his girl, and he's never stopped wanting to be around her."
