Enrique Iglesias Shares Hand Pic After Drone Mishap
Singer Enrique Iglesias posted a photo from his doctor's office earlier today with the hashtag #onedayatatime. The pic showed the singer's finger wrapped in a bandage one week after he underwent reconstructive surgery on his hand.
Iglesias is recovering after his fingers were seriously cut when he grabbed a camera drone during his “Sex and Love” world tour on May 30 in Tijuana, Mexico.
He also posted a photo a few days ago flashing a red “Thank You” written on the palm of his hand.
“Wanted to do something special to thank all you guys for your love and support this week,” Iglesias wrote on the photo. “Leave your questions on this post!”
Over 114,000 people liked the photo, and over 14,000 fans posted questions, comments and good wishes.
"My hand is getting better little by little," the 40-year-old singer replied to a fan in Spanish. "I am going to Mexico at the beginning of July, so see you there!"
Iglesias' next scheduled tour date is in Mexico City on July 3.
