Denise Richards Sets the Record Straight on Reports She Quit ‘RHOBH’
Denise Richards is staying home and setting the record straight on rumors she quit “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
“Extra's” Jenn Lahmers spoke to Denise, who told her, “We were pretty much wrapped actually in December, and I was asked to go to two events that we had. I did not make it to those; that was the extent of me stopping filming… I did not quit the show… The only people that said I quit are some of the people on the show, and they never asked if that was true or not.”
In other show news, Richards responded to co-star Kyle Richards calling her a ragamuffin. Denise said, “I saw it watching the show… I actually laughed… I thought it was funny.”
The mom of three also opened up about co-parenting her older two girls, Lola and Sam, with her ex-husband Charlie Sheen during the pandemic. “It's great… We still have the same things we talk about. He lives very close to us… We're lucky that we are as close as we are.”
Like so many others trying to give back during the COVID-19 pandemic, Denise and husband Aaron Phypers are focusing on doing good during these uncertain times. “Aaron and I formed Quantum Reach [for] education, animal, children's health… With the quarantine, we were able to hone in and developed certain programs… It's more about being able to give back and help everyone.”
She is also helping with self-care with her CBme Beauty line, which uses natural hemp oil and patented peptides. Richards said, “It's been two years in the making and is something I am very hands-on with. One of my very favorite products is a cream oil moisturizer.”
