The reality star announced the news on Instagram with pink heart emojis and the message, "7.5 months with my baby girl."
She included a photo of her growing bump, showing off her belly in a black ensemble paired with brown boots.
Bristol, who recently split with the baby's father Dakota Meyer, is also mom to son Tripp, 6, with ex Levi Johnston.
