Céline Dion’s Second Heartbreaking Good-bye in Days
Over the weekend, Céline Dion was spotted attending a visitation for brother Daniel at a funeral chapel outside of Montreal in Repentigny, Canada.
During the private memorial, Dion sang to honor Daniel, and even thanked fans on her way out of the funeral home, according to Le Journal de Montreal.
Dion mourned the death of her brother Daniel, just one day after saying good-bye to husband René Angélil at his Notre-Dame Basilica funeral, which was livestreamed for the whole world to watch.
Daniel's funeral is scheduled for today at the Église de Saints-Simon-et-Jude in Charlemagne, Quebec, near where the family grew up.
Daniel, 59, passed away after losing his battle to cancer last week. A source recently shared to People magazine about Céline and Daniel's bond, "They're close; she's close with all of her siblings. It's hard.”
