Will Smith Reunites with ‘Fresh Prince’ Cast… Including Aunt Viv Janet Hubert!

The cast of “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” reunited for the show's 30th anniversary!

Will Smith shared a selfie with the cast, including Daphne Reid (Vivian Banks), Karyn Parsons (Hilary Banks), Alfonso Ribeiro (Carlton Banks), Joseph Marcell (Geoffrey Butler), Tatyana Ali (Ashley Banks) and DJ Jazzy Jeff (Jazz).

In the caption, Will also paid tribute to James Avery (Philip Banks) who passed away in 2014.

Smith, who teased an upcoming special on HBO Max, wrote, “Today is exactly 30 YEARS since The @FreshPrince of Bel-Air debuted! So we're doin' something for y'all… a for real Banks Family Reunion is comin' soon to @HBOmax! RIP James. #FreshPrince30th.”

A second photo revealed his reunion with Janet Hubert, the original actress to portray Aunt Viv. She exited the show acrimoniously in 1993, and feuded with Will and Alfonso for years. She had previously insisted there would never be a reunion, and spoke about Will during a 2016 interview with “The Real,” saying, "I think he was young and he was inexperienced and I think he simply had to win.”

Despite the feud, Will and Janet are all smiles in the photo. Fans will get to see the much-anticipated meet-up when the special airs in November.
