Garcelle Beauvais on What Will Be Difficult and Awkward to Watch on ‘RHOBH’

Garcelle Beauvais is dishing on joining “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”!

“Extra's” Renee Bargh caught up with the star via Zoom as she was quarantining at home. She told Renee, “Girl, I am hanging in there just like everybody else. It's just a new normal that we all have to get used to.”

As for the roller coaster drama on “RHOBH,” Garcelle said some moments are going to be difficult to watch, including reliving her divorce from Mike Nilon.

“I think some of it will be fun to watch because I sort of forgot everything we shot and I don't know what they're using and what they're not using, but some of it will be hard because, you know, I had to sort of relive my divorce and that was a really hard place for me to go," she admitted. "I had to have a conversation with my kids because they were so little when we got divorced to give them a heads-up… and also I had to bring up the whole 'Mommy was on Playboy. Do you know what Playboy is, have you ever Googled it?'”

When Renee asked how that conversation went, Beauvais said, “Ahhh, okay.”

She also shared what she enjoyed about filming the show. “I've been friends with Denise Richards for 20 years, so it was really great to spend like quality time with her… and then, you know, with [Lisa] Rinna, [who] I know… that was a little different for me.”

Did she get involved in the drama between Denise and Brandi Glanville?

“Oh, God, yes!” she said. “Yes, and I just have to say I'm Team Denise, 100 percent… We'll see how it plays out there. There were some tough times there.”
