Signs That Jennifer Lawrence & Darren Aronofsky’s Romance Is Getting More Serious

Jennifer Lawrence has been quietly dating her “Mother!” director Darren Aronofsky since September… and they're still going strong!

Despite their 22-year age difference, how are they making it work? A source told People magazine, "Jennifer is comfortable with an older guy because she is mature and focused. Jen has been mesmerized by his talent and brains since she started working with him.”

Though they both have busy schedules, Jennifer, 26, and Darren, 48, still make time for each other. A pal told E! News, "Darren visited Jen in Budapest while she was filming Red Sparrow recently. He was there during his birthday and to support her while she was away filming. They are very happy together right now."

When she isn't filming a movie, she'll fly back to New York City, where Lawrence has been spotted with Aronofsky and his son Henry. Another insider said to People magazine, "They are very sweet together and seem happy. They hold hands. They keep to themselves and don't seem to want a lot of attention.”

Jennifer and Darren first sparked romance rumors when they were seen eating in New York City in August. Another source said of their relationship, "Jen is a serious actress and being around another person in the business who is intense about what he does has been good for her. I don't know how far it will go but as of now they are a really good match, two talented people who love their work and are respected for it.”
