'RHONY' Star Kristen Taekman's Husband Denies Ashley Madison Account
Josh Taekman tells DailyMail.com “there's not a shot in hell” that he was a subscriber to Ashley Madison.
The entrepreneur and husband of “Real Housewives of New York” star Kristen Taekman was accused of spending thousands on the cheaters' website for a total of 62 transactions between 2011 and 2014.
Taekman told the paper, “I don't understand. There's not a shot in hell that I'm a subscriber. I have no knowledge of that. This is the first I've ever heard of it.”
He continued, “This is crazy. I saw it on the TV the other day about the security breach and we were laughing about it. It is what it is, but somebody is definitely fraudulently using my name and number.”
Taekman is accused of logging onto the site using two different email addresses, and using a credit card associated with his home address, the same Tribeca apartment where he filmed scenes with Kristen for “RHONY.”
Josh, co-founder of Vitalize Labs, and Kristen have been married for 10 years and have two children together. The couple's marriage woes have previously been a subject of the “Real Housewives."
Daily Mail points out that Josh – or the user posing as Josh – stopped using Ashley Madison around the same time that the Taekmans joined “RHONY.”
