Lisa Marie Presley’s Custody Case: No Charges Filed Against Her Ex

Over a week after Lisa Marie Presley's shocking allegations about estranged husband Michael Lockwood, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is no longer involved in the bitter custody drama and no charges are being filed!
In a statement to "Extra," T.B.I. Public Information Officer Josh DeVine said, "Barring any new potential evidence or information, we have concluded our involvement in this matter. We have not been able to determine a crime occurred in Tennessee and accordingly do not have an open investigation.”
DeVine also pointed out that the bureau "never opened a formal investigation. We only embarked on an initial inquiry to determine if we could substantiate information with which to open a case.”
Last week, Lisa Marie was ordered to pay $50,000 in legal fees to her ex, who she has accused of sexual misconduct.
In February, Lisa Marie accused Michael of possessing inappropriate photos and videos of children on his computer. In court papers, she claimed, "My understanding is that Tennessee law enforcement is also conducting an investigation related to the photos and videos that I discovered. I have no idea what else may be on those devices and fear that there are more and worse images and evidence in these un-analyzed devices.”
In response to the allegations, Michael argued that Presley was “trying to damage my reputation.”
After the allegations, rumors swirled that Lisa Marie and Michael's twin daughters were taken away by CPS. Their grandmother Priscilla Presley cleared up the rumors, writing on Facebook, "There is Lots of confusion, commotion and concern from all the talk circulating. Let me put this to rest... the girls have not been in foster care and never will be. The girls have been with me and will be until all this is sorted out.”
