Kate Middleton’s Mother Reveals Holiday Plans with Royal Grandkids During the Pandemic
The holidays will look a little different this year due to the coronavirus pandemic, even for Prince William and wife Kate Middleton.
Kate’s mother Carole recently revealed her plans for getting into the holiday spirit with her grandchildren Prince George, 7, Princess Charlotte, 5, and Prince Louis, 2.
In an Instagram post she wrote for her company Party Pieces, she shared, “We may not be able to get together but, after a year like 2020, we need to remember what’s really important this Christmas. For me, what really matters is that my family feels connected.
“I normally let my grandchildren help me decorate the tree. This year, I’ll ask them by video call to decide which decoration should go where. It may need to be tastefully rearranged later,” she continued.

Both Prince Charles and Prince William reportedly had COVID-19 early on in the pandemic, and Prince Harry is now living in Santa Barbara, California, with wife Meghan Markle and their son Archie.
