Madonna Shares Rare Family Photo with All 6 Kids!

It was a family affair in Malawi this week as Madonna paid a visit with all six of her kids.
The group was on hand to celebrate the one-year anniversary of Mercy James Pediatric Hospital, and the singer snapped a photo with Lourdes, 21, David, 12, Mercy James, 12, Rocco, 17, and 5-year-old twins Estere and Stella.

The pic was taken in front of a mural featuring a tree and many birds. Madonna included the caption, "Tree of Life… Mercy James Pediatric Hospital! One Year Later!"
