Ryan Lochte Is Engaged! (No Lie)

Most of America was watching the second presidential debate, but Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte had other things on his mind: He just got engaged!
In an Instagram post on Sunday evening, Lochte wrote, "Memories forever!!!!" alongside an image of the athlete smooching his girlfriend Kayle Rae Reid. The image showed off a sparkler on Kayla's finger, and he used the telling hashtags "#thelochtes #LA".

On her own Instagram account, Kayla added a shot from a different angle, captioning it, "Speechless. Absolutely beautiful. So in love with YOU." She ended it with a heart emoji.
