In Case You Forgot… Oscar Winner Sam Rockwell Was in 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'!
The stars came out to celebrate the Oscars at the Mercedes Benz USA Annual Awards Viewing Party Sunday night.
“Extra” learned a little-known fact about Academy Award winner Sam Rockwell. Before he nabbed the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for his work on “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri,” he rubbed elbows with some famous turtles!
“Riverdale” star Skeet Ulrich shared, “Sam and I were extras many, many years ago on 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.'” Check out a clip here!
Also at the party was Jamie Foxx, who won an Academy Award for “Ray” in 2004. He toasted Jordan Peele's Best Original Screenplay Oscar win for “Get Out” and couldn't stop raving about the movie. “What was funny is that I didn't know what I was going to watch so I was like 'What is going on?' It was so clever and so smart."
Jane Lynch revealed she's enthusiastic about her love of Mercedes. “I love Mercedes. I think they are the most beautiful cars on the road.”
Guests at the party enjoyed the show at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills at Los Angeles while noshing on hors d'oeuvres, sweets from Sugarfina and getting touch-ups from the Glamsquad.
