'Top Chef: Boston' Contestant Aaron Grissom Dead at 34
Aaron Grissom, a contestant on Season 12 of Bravo's "Top Chef: Boston," died Tuesday in a motorcycle accident in Washington State. He was 34.
Deadline reports Grissom's motorcycle crashed in a roundabout. The Pierce County medical examiner found he had suffered multiple blunt-trauma injuries.

View StoryNo other vehicles were involved in the crash, and Grissom was wearing a helmet. According to The Olympian, witnesses tried to revive Grissom at the scene after spotting him approach a turn in the road at "a high speed" with "high revving" of his engine and then discovering his body on the road 100 feet from his wrecked bike.
Tacoma native Grissom had been one of 16 "Top Chef" hopefuls on the series in 2014, but was eliminated early on. He was also seen on "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives."
