“Scandal” actress Katie Lowes and husband Adam Shapiro are the proud parents of a new baby boy!
On Thursday night, Lowes revealed she recently gave birth to their first child, tweeting, "Baby's first #Scandal Thursday! @shappyshaps and I are thrilled to welcome Albee Shapiro to our family! We're happy & healthy! #BabyGladiator.”
