The Controversy over Paparazzi Pics of Bruce Jenner in a Dress
The paparazzo who snapped photos of Bruce Jenner in a maxi dress could face legal action for invading the star's privacy.
The former Olympian, who is reportedly transitioning from male to female, was forced to call police on Tuesday to chase a rogue photographer away from his $3.5-million Malibu hideaway.
Now, a source tells RadarOnline.com, “Bruce has decided to take legal action because he is fed up with the constant invasion of his privacy.”
The pics hit the web just days before “20/20” is set to air an exclusive tell-all interview with Diane Sawyer.
In a new promo, he tells Sawyer that he is most concerned about family. “Those are the only ones I'm concerned with. I can't let myself hurt them.”
There have been conflicting stories about whether his ex-wife Kris Jenner knew about his desire to transition. According to a new TMZ report, the subject didn't come up until after the couple split.
